GENERAL RETURN POLICY
It is all good, we stand behind our products. If you aren’t absolutely thrilled with your purchase, you can return it anytime within 30-days from purchase – no questions asked. Well actually, just a few conditions - the product(s) must be returned in a new/unused condition. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) to the original payment method. A $15-$30 re-stocking fee or graphic design fee may apply.
Shipping cost is not refunded. Other than the chance of defect or damage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Quick heads up, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom jobs.
Canceled orders are subject to 3% credit card transcation fee.
After 30 days, all sales are final. Sorry to be so mean about it.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Occasionally packages may be damaged in transit and must be replaced. That is a bummer. We must be notified of a damaged package within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will handle the return of the damaged package and ship a replacement product, all on our dime. Bam!
CORNHOLE BOARD WARRANTY
Our Cornhole Boards are warrantied for 30-days from the day the package/product is received. The warranty is honored on a case by case basis. Due to the outdoor nature of this game, we must first evaluate the issue before deciding whether we will honor any kind of refund, exchange, or replacement. Our boards are made with lightning and the most powerful wood known to man. Well not exactly, but they are made really well. Under normal conditions, your cornhole boards should last for years. We may require a photo of the issue to help us understand the issue and to make a decision on coverage. Rest assured that we will do everything to correct any issue due to manufacture defect - because we love you.
CORNHOLE BOARD CARE
Proper usage and storage is a must to protect your beautiful boards. They bring you so much joy - show them some love. Even though our finished boards have a layer of sealant, they are NOT waterproof and should NOT be stored outdoors. The sealant is there to protect the finish and provide excellent game play. If it starts to rain take your boards inside and dry them off. When the boards or bags are not in use, you should wipe them off with a cloth to remove dirt and debris and store them in a cool, dry place. You should NOT store them where it gets extremely cold, hot, or humid - hope this helps.
CORNHOLE BAG WARRANTY
Our Cornhole bags are warrantied against defective stitching for 30-days from the day the package/product is received. Due to the wear and tear nature of the use of cornhole bags we do not warranty ripped fabric. Warrantied bags will be replaced or refunded at no charge to you. We may also require the return of the defective bags.
CORNHOLE BAG CARE
Our standard bags have real corn inside so keep them away from animals or places where pesky bugs might get to them. With all bags, you should store them in a cool, dry place when not in use. Playing with soggy bags = lame.
OTHER PRODUCTS WARRANTY
All of our other products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30-days from the day the package/product is received. With proper usage and storage, if something "breaks", "rips", or otherwise hinders the intended use of the product, we will issue a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the type of product, availability, and your request. We may require a photo of the issue to help us understand the issue and to make a decision on coverage.
